��������� �Presolicitation Notice to award under Solicitation: W81K02221Q0021 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Branch, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0221Q0021 to Spinal Elements, Inc. in the amount of $150,000.00 for an 03 priority purchase of Crystal Spinal Interbody System implants for urgent patient surgery at Madigan Army Medical Center Tacoma WA. �The Surgeon and Surgical Team has made the determination that these specialty implants will meet the salient characteristics of the surgical requirement to complete the patient�s surgical procedure that will lead to a positive and full recovery. � This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued.�� Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.� Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.� Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil .� No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.� This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
