***Update**** As a result of market research conducted by our office, it is the intent of USTRANSCOM/TCAQ-D to pursue a task order, utilizing the terms and conditions of the DISA ENCORE III Full & Open Suite.� A solicitatin is forthcoming.�� Questions related to this notice shall be directed to:� Ms. Kelly Hokeness, kelly.l.hokeness.civ@mail.mil or Mr. David Swaney, david.q.swaney.civ@mail.mil /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// USTRANSCOM is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide continued sustainment and development support for the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) for the DPS Program Management Office (PMO).� Key focus areas for sustainment include software module maintenance, system availability, and customer support.� DPS is used worldwide on a daily basis and is needed to be operational 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.� System support requires implementation of technology�upgrades to improve system performance and implementation of software enhancements to improve system capabilities and customer usability.
