- Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide CLIMATE CONTROLLED WAREHOUSING SERVICES for the Albany, NY VA under an Indefinite Delivery Contract. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about November 13, 2020, to be posted to www.beta.SAM.gov. The anticipated RFQ close date will be November 25, 2020. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on beta.SAM so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 493110, General Warehousing and Storage, with a small business size standard of $30 Million. The classification code is S215. The solicitation will be a total small business set-aside. All responsible businesses qualifying as a small business under the identified NAICS may submit quotes to be considered by the Agency.
