- This solicitation is ready to be issued as of this date.� The Embassy of the United States in Bangkok, Thailand,�launches the solicitation on beta.sam.gov�website.� This solicitation is for the Group Life Insurance�Services to employees of the Government of the United States of America in Thailand.� The resultant contract will be�a fixed price with economic-price-adjustment-requirements type contract�under which the Government will issue firm-fixed price task orders, for one base�year�with four one-year options.�� This solicitation is issued via beta.SAM.gov - no paper copies will be mailed.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered, but electronic submissions will not be accepted. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.� The Government may award the contract based on initial offer without discussion. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov� prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.� Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.� The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address. No electronic offers will be accepted.� Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
