- The Purpose of �Amendment 0001 is to provide updates/edits for the Solicitation that was issued on November 3, 2020. a). The due date for Questions is hereby changed from November 27, 2020 to November 20, 2020, Close of Business. b). The proposal/offer due date is hereby changed from December 3, 2020 to December 8, 2020 at 12:00.� c). The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) role is updated reflect Silvia Terrazas as the Interim COR for the duration of the procurement. Veronica Varela will be the Primary COR upon the award of the contract. d). All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. Please fill out the Vetting Sheet with the following information: Columns A, B, C,D, E and�insert a photo copy of Driver's License or ID. Submit the Vetting�Sheet to Silvia, Terrazas, silvia.terrazas@gsa.gov, as password protected/encrypted (instructions below) and include the password in a separate email�(do not put password in the subject!). The Deadline to RSVP and Submit Vetting Sheet��for the Site Visit will be Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 11:59pm. Site Visit information can be found on page 150 of the Specifications (1 - Custodial Specification El Paso and surrounding areas - November 3 2020)� MASK/FACE COVERINGS WILL BE REQUIRED. How to password protect Microsoft Office documents Open the�Excel�document. Click on�File. Click on�Info. On the right side, click the�Protect Workbook�menu.."" Select the�Encrypt with Password�option. Type a password to protect the document. Click the�OK�button. Retype the password. Click the�OK�button. Once you complete these steps, every time you open the document, you'll be prompted to enter a password to decrypt its contents. When setting up a password for an Excel, PowerPoint, or Word document, consider that without a password it'll be virtually impossible to open the document, so make sure to keep the password in a safe place.
