(turns in to US Route 23 Bus.) to I-240 Head North on I-240 to Blue Ridge Pkwy Head South on Blue Ridge Pkwy to Sweeten Creek Rd Head South on Sweeten Creek Rd to Rosscraggon Rd Head West on Rosscraggon Rd to Hendersonville Rd (Route 25) Head North on Hendersonville Rd to Long Shoals Rd Head West on Long Shoals Rd to Clayton Rd Head North on Clayton Rd to Brevard Rd Head North on Brevard Rd to Route 74 Head North on Route 74 to Sand Hill Rd End Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,450 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
