- NOTICE: This is a synopsis of proposed contract action in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 5.2. This is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government, but rather a synopsis prepared IAW FAR 5.207 for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming solicitation for services. DESCRIPTION: Hill Air Force Base, AFSC OL:H/PZIEB intends to issue a RFP for the acquisition of the Multiple Award Construction Contract IV (MACC IV) construction services under solicitation number FA8201-20-R-0018.� The anticipated period of performance will be six (6) years and six (6) months.� The MACC IV contract is required for streamlined construction services for Hill AFB, 75 CEG/CE and the Utah Air National Guard (UTANG). Detailed information can be found in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and other Draft Solicitation attachments. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Foreign participation is not permitted. Anticipated CLIN structure and unit of issue will be as follows. Unit of issue for CLINs 0001, 0002, and 1001 will be Lot. 0001 � MACC IV � All Construction/Design/Remodel/Etc. (FFP) 0002 � Post-Award Conference (FFP) 1001 - MACC IV � All Construction/Design/Remodel/Etc. (FFP) In addition to the draft documents posted (Draft Solicitation, Attachments 01-05 and 34-40), a draft version of the Bidders Library is available upon request. Please submit requests to the POCs listed on this posting via email. Foreign participation is not permitted. RESPONSES: Interested parties may submit responses, by email, to the points of contact listed in this posting. Draft documents will be posted as they become available from now until RFP release. The Government encourages vendor feedback on the draft documents. A question and comment matrix is attached and should be utilized when providing feedback. The Government anticipates releasing the official RFP 08-14 October�2020; therefore, all responses to draft documents need to be submitted no later than 02 September 2020. Please submit questions as quickly as possible in order to allow the Government adequate time to answer.� All Q&A responses will be provided to the public through this posting. *******************UPDATE - 22 SEP 2020****************** This update is to include Attachment 41 - MACC IV Site Visit - 22 Sep 2020, and updated attachments 01, 02, and 03, date 22 Sep 2020.� Versions with older dates have been removed. ____________________________________________________ *******************UPDATE - 1 OCT�2020****************** This update is to notify Industry of the change in the solicitation number from FA820120R0018 to FA820121R0001 due to the change in Fiscal Year.� This new number will be used for the official solicitation when it is released which is currently estimated as 14 Oct 2020.� The updated solicitation with the new solictation number has been attached to this posting. MDT.� Before submitting questions please carefully review all previous Q&As and documents posted on beta.SAM.gov and available through the bidder's library.� Please note, as stated above, the bidder's library (attachments 06-33) are available upon email request to the POCs: Emily J. IMPORTANT: The anticipated date for the Site Visit was previously published as 16 December 2020; however, it appears that we will be able ot conduct it sooner.� We are anticipating the week of Nov 30 - Dec 4 for the new Site Visit date.� The actual date will be posted with the official RFP release.� At that time, some attachment numbers may change. � Please note, as stated above, the bidder's library (attachments 06-33) are available upon email request to the POCs: Emily J.
