- Description
- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Naval Research & Development Establishment Support Office (NRDE),�has�a NEW requirement to procure construction services for roofing projects for the Public Works Departments supporting NAS Patuxent River, Mayland; NSF Indian Head, Maryland; and NSF Dahlgren, Virginia locations. This project will provide�support to repair and replace various types of roofs. The period of performance will�consist of a 1-year Base period, and four 1-year Option periods.� This will be a firm fixed price contract with a total�estimated value of $25,000,000; inclusive of all Options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for the IDIQ is 238160-Roofing Contractors with a size standard of $16.5 million.� Based on�Market Research, this procurement will be a HUBZone Set-Aside.� The solicitation is estimated to be posted on or around 1 December 2020.
