SOURCES SOUGHT FOR FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS/ OPERATIONS SUPPORT (FSC/OS) SERVICES, PHILIPPINES. This is a Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.� No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available.� In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a follow-on contract for the Philippines Operations Support (POS) Contract services currently being provided by JJLL, LLC. Multi-function support services include basic operational support for U.S. Military Forces or other Federal Government agencies supporting Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) under the auspices of the United States-Republic of the Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty and Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) and Visiting Forces Agreement.� Services shall be provided at operating locations in the Philippines. Future support within the Southeast Asia, Oceania, North East Asia and South Asia regions may be required.� Services will support USINDOPACOM operations including but not limited to humanitarian aid, civic action and disaster relief, contingencies, joint military exercises and other ongoing projects and programs and include the capability to plan and support operational surges. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210.� The applicable size standard is $41.5 million.� The proposed POS contract may include the following requirements/Annexes: �0100000 General Information, 0200000 Management & Administration, 0303050 Telecom Services, 0401060 Security Operations, �0501050 Airfield Facilities, 0501070 Passenger Term & Cargo, 07010000 Ordnance Handling & Transportation Management, 1001000 Material Management, 1002000 Supply Services, 1200000 Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Support, 1300000 Galley, 1402100 Billeting Management, 150100 Facility Management, 1502000 Facility Investment, 1503000 Facility Services, 1600000 Utilities, 1700000 Base Support Vehicles & Equipment (BSVE), and 1800000 Environmental.� Interested sources are invited to respond to the Statement of Interest Questionnaire by using the form provided under a separate file, titled ""Statement of Interest Questionnaire.""� ��Respondents will not be notified of the results of the questionnaire.� However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes.� All data received in response to this Source Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.� Please respond to this Sources Sought announcement no later than 8:00 a.m. HST on November 25, 2020. �NO TELEPHONE CALLS OR FACSIMILES WILL BE ACCEPTED.� You may submit your information to: Naval Facilities Engineering Command Pacific, Services Contracts Division ACQ23, 258 Makalapa Dr., Suite 100, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii 96860-3134 or via NFPACQ2@navy.mil.� Responses received after the deadline or without the required information may not be considered.� Since this is a Sources Sought announcement only, evaluation letters will not be issued to any respondent. Update: In an effort to collaborate and improve the clairty of the performance requirements, the Government is amending the Sources Sought to issue a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated attachments. Please submit any comments, questions or concerns regarding the draft PWS with your Statement of Interest Questionnaire no later than 8:00 am HST on November 25, 2020.� Issuance of the draft PWS does not constitute an official RFP, nor restrict the Government's acquisition methodlogy.�The government does not intend to award on the basis of this amended Notice.
