U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: TN City: Nashville Delineated Area: North: I 70 to Central� Pike to Chandler Rd to West Division Street & East Division Street (Approximately 2.5 miles north of I-40) West: US 155 East: Beckwith Road South: I 40 to Elm Hill Pike to� Bell road, to S New Hope Road to Stewarts Ferry to Alvin Sperry Road to Guill Rd to John Hagar Road to 265 (Central Pike) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA[H1]�[H2]�[H3]�): 4,585 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,814 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total[H6]�[H7]�): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Surface): See additional parking requirement under �Additional Requirements� Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements[H8]�[H9]�: *Tenant-agency is the Audit Agency for the Federal Government. *Offered Space should be contiguous. *The space requires normal business hours for HVAC.
