- Pursuant to FAR 15.203, Request for Proposals (RFP), this RFP is issued to support Next Generation Load Device Medium (NGLD-M)Project Manager Tactical Radios (PM TR) and Product Lead Communications Security (PdL COMSEC)s requirement for a NGLD family of replacement for the aging fleet of Simple Key Loader (SKL) devices. This RFP is for a ten year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF), Cost Reimbursable (CR), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).
