- Special Notice � The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to use the OMNIBUS IV for Research and Development Support Services for it mission partners, including the U.S. Army Medical Research & Development Command and its subordinate laboratories and activities, when it is awarded in FY21. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Office posted Presolicitation Notice HT0011-21-R-0004 for OMNIBUS IV, to beta.sam.gov https://beta.sam.gov/opp/c932671900d9419abbdec0fb3c41d7f9/view?keywords=OMNIBUS&sort=-modifiedDate&index=opp&is_active=false&page=1 on Friday, November 13, 2020.
