- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 5 intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a 100% total SDVOSB set-aside for the removal and replacement of the exterior decal wrap located on the pedestrian bridge at the Baltimore VAMC in accordance with the statement of work. This is a pre-solicitation notice, not a request for quotations. Only quotes from Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified SDVOSB s will be considered. Interested parties may provide quotes for the solicitation once it is posted no later than (NLT) November 6, 2020 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions pertaining to the solicitation must be submitted via email NLT 11/04/2020 11:59AM EST. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
