- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for a procurement of (2) Inflation Adapter Kits IAW with Item Description. The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award one firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of aforementioned commodity. This is a set aside 100% for a small business. FOB Destination is Tinker AFB OK. Quotes will be accepted on or before the closing date stated on page 1 of the solicitation.
