- This is a sole source to CW Resources for�The disinfecting of the entire FBI Miami HQ city building (excluding certain rooms as coordinated with the vendor) will provide disinfecting services to the South, North and Annex buildings of FBI Miami HQ city. A statement of work provided by the vendor is attached and the service provided is for a firm, fixed price. FBI Miami has also received an approved Delegation of Authority from GSA to contract directly with CW Resources. The FBI does not own the building. It is a GSA lease and GSA usually picks the vendor or authorizes the service and tells the FBI who to select. This is the same vendor who currently does the cleaning for this GSA leased building and is the approved vetted vendor. As per the FAR the FBI is posting this sole source information. Additional the language below is required per the FAR. The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to CW Resources for COVID19 detailed cleanings.�This requirement is for the Miami Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is DPYATES@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached Sole Source Justification. This is the GSA vetted and approved vendor.�
