Description
PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT 1. Scope: Give a description of the requirement. MSRON 11 WAVE XV pre-deployment requires lodging accommodations for 80 personnel. This requirement calls for the service of full-time lodging. 2. Arrival and Departure from the Hotel 2.1. Arrival and Departure 2.1.1. Entry/Exit Doors will remain secured; personnel will arrive and depart from a designated area of the hotel. 2.1.2 Hotel Safety Personnel will dispatch and coordinate the loading/unloading activity. 2.1.3 United States Navy � will be responsible for identifying all Navy personnel in the hotel. 3. Accommodation Rooms 3.1. Accommodation Keys 3.1.1 Rooming list will be provided to the hotel by United States Navy 3.1.2 Hotel Staff will block accommodation rooms accordingly to specific requests on the rooming list. 3.1.3 The hotel will provide a room listing for Navy personnel. 3.1.4 Elevator access shall be limited to 1-2 personnel at a time. 3.1.5 Microwave and refrigerator in guest rooms. 3.2 Exchanges 3.2.1 All exchanges of food, laundry, and linens shall be delivered to each individual room. 3.2.2 Each individual service shall be provided at the same time daily. I.e. Breakfast arrives from 8am-9am every day; laundry is picked up and dropped off at the same time, etc. 3.3 Housekeeping Exchange 3.3.1 Dormitory Style Accommodations � the accommodation rooms will not be serviced daily by hotel staff � all United States Navy personnel will be responsible for the changing of their own linens, towels and trash removal as warranted. 3.3.2 All linen, towels and bathrooms amenities will be delivered to the room directly. 3.3.3 Fresh Linens shall be delivered to the room once a week. 3.3.4 Two (2) towels, (1) washcloth shall be delivered to the room once a week. Towels will be placed outside the room in the mornings for the exchange. 3.3.5 Trash will be placed outside the room every day and picked up daily. A replacement trash bag shall be provided and left at the doorstep. 3.3.6 Bathroom amenities shall be replenished once a week. To include soap, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. 3.3.7 Housekeeping will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness levels in all public areas i.e. sanitizing elevators, escalator handrails, and stairways. 3.3.8 Provide hotel point person 48-72 hours advance notice of check-outs for room re-issue if required. 3.4 Laundry 3.4.1. Laundry facilities (3 each washer/dryer) are located at Bldg 56 and require coins to operate. 3.4.2. Sailors staying in Bldg 56 have access. Personnel staying in Bldg 19 can get a key from the front desk. 3.4.3. Detergent and fabric softener not available and not covered with room prices. 4. Security and Engineering 4.1. Final Hotel selection must be vetted. 5. Period of Performance The period of performance for the subject requirement is 28 November to 13 December, 2020.
