Description
This combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028-21-Q-PMV05900. � Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Standard Size in Millions ($16.5) This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. �The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Best Value. When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: Cost of labor and supervision Cost of materials and equipment needed to perform the work Interested vendors are to also provide�along with your proposal, past performance documents which will be used to determine expertise to perform such work. Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can perform the work outlined in the provided SOW in the time frame needed by unit.� Past Performance and Cost factors will also be used when selecting the award. Wage determinations: 2015-4573, Rev 12 dated 05/01/2020 SCOPE OF WORK:� Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to provide and perform the following per provided SOW: Remove and dispose of: Old cooling tower coils and stainless steel casing Drift eliminators Inlet Louvers All piping connections at tower six (6) existing air conditioners which service the duty rooms 130A, 133A, 134A, 138A, 140A, and 143A �???????Provide and install: New Stainless steel casing with galvanized coils (2)Drift eliminators Inlet louvers All piping located at tower (closed/open loop) (2) 4� cast iron butterfly valves with stainless steel bolt kits Six (6) new air conditioner units IAW standard industry practice, with new commercial quality heat pumps. The units that service the duty rooms 130A, 133A, 134A, 138A, 140A, and 143A should be one (1) Ton or greater. Work to be performed at: USCG Station Lake Worth Inlet 3300 Lakeshore Drive Riviera Beach, FL.� 33404 Geographical range:� Price Range: N/A Performance Period: �Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 5 business days after award is made, OOA 21 December 2020. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays.
