- This is a Sources Sought Notification and not a Solicitation. The Seattle District Army Corps of Engineers is seeking sources for Non-Personal Health Care Services to provide medical testing services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) employees at Libby Dam located in Libby, Montana. The Government intends to award a single award task order (SATOC) indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery (IDIQ) contract.� The guidelines and conditions identified in the attached Performance�Work Statement (PWS) draft represent the Government's minimum requirements. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement draft and applicable publications ad provide any comments, suggestions, interest and/or availability for providing the required services. Please indicate if services can be provided onsite or if services would only be available at an offsite location.
