Upgrade Renovate Relocate Sterile Processing Services (SPS) Project No: 580-17-121 The project will renovate approximately 16,500 square feet of SPS, Logistics and laundry, in basement of Building 100 at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030. All construction work must adhere to the latest JCAHO, NFPA, and life safety requirements. All construction work must be performed without affecting medical center�s operations. See Attached RFP, SOW, Specifications and Drawings for details.�
