Description: This notice serves as a notice of intent. The statutory authority permitting sole sourcing for this acquisition is 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Directorate of Contracting intends to increase the not to exceed shared capacity amount for the Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC), firm fixed price (FFP) contracts W9123717D0010 and W9123717D0011 to support the Engineering and Construction Services for various International and Interagency Support (IIS) projects assigned to the Huntington District, US Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.
