- The Commercial Weather Data Operational Buy requirement is a set of multiple-award Indefinite�Delivery, Indefinite Quantity {IDIQ} contracts to acquire commercially sourced operational Global�Navigation Satellite System {GNSS} radio occultation {RO} data to meet National Oceanic and�Atmospheric Administration's {NOAA's} operational weather needs for neutral atmosphere and�ionosphere data. The contracts may only be used by NOAA. The maximum value amount for all orders is�$23,000,000.00. The total value {$23M} will be shared among all contract holders in the IDIQ pool�and�the sum total of all orders will not exceed $23M over the ordering period. �
