Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Window Rock, AZ intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Navajo Communications Co, Inc. Contractor shall provide voice and data services to the Navajo Area office located in Window Rock, AZ. NAICS 517311 applies. Estimated award is $130,000 for period of performance January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a) (1) FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent.� Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 12:00pm MST on December 11, 2020. A determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
