- NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Modification for Sole Source Ceiling Increase under Contract 36C261-19-D-0067. The Government intends to issue a sole source modification to Island Health Care Limited Partnership per Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The modification will increase the ceiling of the existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract 36C26119D0067 from $6M to $7M to permit additional Community Nursing Home services to eligible veterans in the area. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, interested parties may identify their capability or address any inquiries by responding to the Contract Specialist prior to 7:00 am Pacific Standard Time, 28 November 2020, via email to cynthia.dmitrijev@va.gov. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
