- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for the Environmental Protection Agency in Kansas City, Missouri. The Government requires office and warehouse space yielding a minimum of 85,000 ABOA SF.� The space should be contiguous, and it is preferred that all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations are included as part of the rental consideration.
