- DRAFT SOLICITATION NOTICE - FORT RANDALL MAJOR UNIT REHABILITATION The DRAFT solictation and associated drawings for the Fort Randall Major Unit Rehabilitation project are hereby released in order to allow interested offerors the opportunity to review the requirement.� Offerors WILL NOT have the ability to submit questions or comments regarding these documents during this time.� Once the formal solicitation is posted, ProjNet will be accessible and questions can be submitted at that time.� Additionally, the Government will provide details of any changes made from the draft version to the final version of the documents to assist offerors with their review.
