Attachment (4) revises the Revised Synopsis issued on 13 November 2020. Revisions are indicated as red text. All other information included in the Revised Synopsis issued on 13 November 2020 that are not indicated as red text remains unchanged. Attachment (4) shall replace all previous versions of the subject Synopsis. 3.
