- 36C24521Q0021 Page 1 of Page 47 of 50 Page 1 of 36C24520Q0021: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Legionella Testing for the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center located at 1540 Spring Valley Dr, Huntington, WV 25704. This procurement is a Total Service-disabled veteran owned Small Business Set-Aside. Work includes but not limited to provide legionella testing as listed in the Statement of Work. The firm must be approved under NAICS:811219, size standard $22M. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 06 November 2020. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.beta.sam.gov . Offers will be accepted till 20 November 2020 at 2:00 PM EST.
