- This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotes, W912PM21Q0005. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202(a)(13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. � This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business procurement. The solicitation number is W912PM20T0019, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 721211 with a small business size standard of $8,000,000.00. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. � Description of Requirement: Description of Requirement: *Specific list with Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) along with performance periods are within the �Contractor Quote Sheet� within the attached documents. � The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requests quotes for Gate Attendant Services, for the 2021 Peak Park Season at W. Kerr Scott Lake in Wilkesboro, NC, Philpott Lake in Bassett, VA and John H. Kerr Lake in Boydton, VA to include an option period for the 2022 Peak Park Season at all lakes as well. Only one award per park (twenty-one separate awards in total) will be made from this solicitation. The resulting purchase orders issued from this request will be for one (1) base period plus 1 option period. � Any questions regarding this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing (fax or email) to the point of contact below. � QUOTES ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 12:00PM, EST, 15 December 2020. � YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY via email at penny.r.zortman@usace.army.mil and karri.l.mares@usace.army.mil or you may FAX at 910-251-4544. � It is your responsibility to follow up and ensure quotes have been received by the Contract Specialist prior to the due date and time for quotes. � The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. � This announcement and written request for Quote constitutes the only Request for Quote that will be made for this requirement.
