- Description
- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to competitively procure the use of a leasehold estate of a non-Department of Defense (DoD) warehouse by the U.S. Navy to provide additional storage capability in support of Hurricane Florence recovery for MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune G-4/Supply Management Division home based at US Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune (MCB CAMLEJ) NC.� MCB CAMLEJ is in need of approximately 300,000 to 400,000 SF of climate controlled secure warehouse storage space (this space can be co-located with a minimum of 150,000 square feet per location).� The proposed lease term is anticipated to start no later than 15 January 2021 for one-year with four (4) annual renewal options. �Preference will be given to any Offeror who can provide compliant space prior to 21 December 2020.�
