Yes Are the deducts stand alone values to be applied to base bid as needed by VA? Stand alone values Section 010000-1.5c requires unarmed guards. Is this actually required? Not required, we will just need to notify the VA police when you will be working after hours. This requirement is for sites with no VA Police presence. Can you please consider extending bid date and allowing a second site visit? At this time, an additional site visit will not be scheduled and the bid date remains December 4, 2020
