- NSN 6X-4020-LWW020249, TDP VER 004, QTY 11 EA, FMS REQUIREMENT - DESTINATION WILL BE FURNISHED UPON REQUEST. The Government is looking to procure 11ea of ACN: 6X 4020 LWW020249, P/N: 7124342-001 REV - 10/4/05(LIFT-IT MFG CO PART NUMBER LMC-100355-341), AFT LEG SLING, EYE. AMC 4. ACQUIRE, FOR THE FIRST TIME, DIRECTLY FROM THE ACTUAL MANUFACTURER. AMSC B. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. If one source is available, AMCs 3, 4, or 5 are valid. If at least two sources exist, AMCs 1 or 2 are valid. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and the proposed/contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negoiate with only one source. Interested persons may identifytheir interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes.Quotes received prior to the award date will be considered by the Government.A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. One of more of the items under this acquisition is subject to: Free Trade Agreements, if DFARS clause 252.225-7036 Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program, is included in the solicitation. The World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements, if DFARS clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements, is included in the solicitation.
