The purpose of this procurement is to furnish and install all supplies, supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment, safety, quality control, mobilization and demobilization to perform a repair by replacement of specified refrigeration equipment at the Ice Engineering Facility (IEF) Research Area (RA) at the US Army Corps of Engineers Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), Hanover, New Hampshire. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333415 (Air- Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing) with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 Employees. Offerors are encouraged to check the website frequently in order to be notified of any changes to the solicitation. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. COMMUNICATIONS CONCERNING THE SOLICITATION Solicitation number W913E521R0001 is posted to beta.SAM.gov, �https://beta.sam.gov/. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Government via email to Leah.B.Cobb@usace.army.mil. The Government will accept questions up to ten (10) calendar days of the proposal due date. Answers to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation document. All communications concerning this requirement, to include responses to submitted questions, will be through beta.SAM.gov and to all vendors simultaneously. It is the vendor�s responsibility to monitor beta.SAM.gov for updates and changes.
