- This requirement is for the 05F- AIRCRAFT, STRATOFORTRESS B-52- NSN 5320-01-056-1566, Collar, Pin Rivet. The approved sources are: The Boing Company, CAGE 81205, P/N BACC30X10; Howmet Global Fastening Systems Inc., CAGE� 5M902 P/N HL1187-10; SPS Technologies, LLC, CAGE 56878 P/N HL1187-10;� Hi-Shear Corporation, CAGE� 73197, P/N HL1187-10; �and LISI Aerospace Canada, Corp., DIV HI; �CAGE �L4528 P/N HL1187-10.� The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year �option periods. �The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition.� �The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 48,159 for the base year and each option years with a total 5 year estimate maximum quantity of 240,795 each.� Surge requirements do not apply to this procurement. Delivery terms are 141 days ARO; FOB Origin: Inspection / Acceptance at Destination. DLA Direct requirements only. ��Based on market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. �Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. �Solicitation will be issued on or about December 8, 2020. Suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at web portal www.sam.gov.� This web portal consolidates the capabilities of the Central Contract Registry (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA).� Annual updates to suppliers� registration will be required.� No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
