- The 81st Contracting Squadron is requesting the assistance of a subject matter expert to provide any information available for the following requirement: The 81st Training Wing Chaplain Corps seeks a full time handler equipped with their own certified therapy dog that is willing to visit various areas around Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi as a means of stress relief for Airmen around Keesler and in training. �Hours will range from 40-60 per week (with 40 being regular work hours, and any additional hours from being on call during nights and weekends as needed). �The handler will be expected to prepare reports detailing places visited, and create metrics that measure the effectiveness of their visits in certain locations/environments. �The handler must be familiar with military life and personnel as the majority of effort will be on a military installation and all interactions will be with military personnel. �A draft performance work statement will be posted when it has been prepared; however, the assistance of a subject matter expert will ensure the draft PWS contains all required elements to make this position/effort a success.�
