Request for Information 36C77621Q0043 Wiley DiSC Work of Leaders Assessment Tool I. Introduction: The sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to the sources sought announcement. The NAICS code for this procurement is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is $11,000,000.00. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking interested sources (contractors) for Wiley Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® Tools, Online Assessments, and Reports that will be used by VHA to distill leadership best practices into a simple framework that facilitates leaders and leadership teams to obtain desired results. The DiSC Work of Leaders takes the classic DiSC assessment and places an overlay of three key areas: crafting a vision, building alignment, and championing execution. The contractor will provide the VHA National Center for Organization Development (NCOD) with access to the online assessment tool. The contractor will not be responsible for developing the assessment tool, distributing it to participants, creating reports, analyzing results outside of the standard functions of the software, or conducting evaluations. At this time, no solicitation exists. Therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. II. Submittal Information: Responses are due no later than 1:00 PM EST November 27, 2020. Responses shall be limited to 3 pages, 12-point font minimum. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Responses shall be sent to Erich Hoffman at Erich.Hoffman@va.gov. Questions or comments regarding the RFI are due no later than 1:00 PM EST November 23, 2020. Responses shall provide administrative information, and shall include the following as a minimum: Company Name, DUNs number, Company mailing address, phone number, name of designated point of contact and e-mail of designated point of contact. Company business size and status (i.e., Large Business, Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, etc.), the number of years in business, affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners. Capability/Qualifications A written response to numbers 1 10 providing clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capacity to fulfill this requirement. Description of the capabilities/qualifications/skills your company possesses to perform services described below: Directly address the following questions in your response: Is the proposed solution Wiley s DiSC Work of Leaders Tool? Do you currently have a distribution partnership with Wiley? If so, provide documentation as part of response. Distribution partnership documentation will not count towards the page limitations. Does the proposed solution have online profiles designed for an individual learner? Does the proposed solution support assessment questionnaires? Does the software support the ability for learners to create a secure account to complete and return the survey? Do questionnaires include the measurement of twelve (12) personality types, making the report personalized? Is the profile report available immediately upon completion and has save/download capability? Do the profile features include a twenty-three (23) page profile that is focused on understanding how personal tendencies tend to influence the effectiveness in specific leadership situations? Does the solution explain the Vision, Alignment, Execution model, providing a common language for discussion? Does the assessment tool provide a clear path for action?
