- As a result of U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) dismissal of protest files B-418233.3; B-418233.4; Matter of: Case HCS; INTEROP-ISHPI JV, LLC, the MICC - Ft Knox re-evaluated the price of the seven technically acceptable proposals that resulted from the source selection of solicitation W9124D19R0031. The number of proposals received: 21; of the 21 proposals, seven were found technical acceptable and those seven proposals were re-evaluated for price. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.503(b), only six re-evaluated Contractors will receive post award unsuccessful notification. The MICC - Ft Knox does not have any new information for the 14 Contractors found technically unacceptable.
