- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PEST MANAGEMENT SERVICES Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System located at 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery Alabama, and 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee Alabama, require monthly pest control management services. The period of performance will begin on 12/30/2020 09/30/2021 and will be solicited as a base plus four option year periods. This solicitation will be a 100% VOSB set-aside for NAICS code 561710 Exterminating and Pest Control Services with a size standard of $12 million. The offeror must be VIP-Verified and registered at sam.gov to be eligible for award. This contract shall comply with current Department of Labor wage determinations.
