Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete Facility Enhancement and Maintenance (FEM) IDIQ at Joint Base Charleston - All Locations. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. This Solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside using Trade-Off Procedures and the provisions of Sections L and M. Project Magnitude: More than $10,000,000.00. Minimum Guarantee: $1,000.00 to be satisfied through attendance of the post-award conference. A pre-proposal site visit will be conducted. Date and time TBA.
