- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, New York Harbor Healthcare System (Brooklyn Campus) VISN 02 Contracting Activity intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source for the following item listed below. The associated NAICS code for this requirement is 621512; the size standard is $15 million. The awardee will be Insight Health Corp, 26250 Enterprise Ct Ste 100, Lake Forest, CA 92630. Description of equipment requirements: The requirement is for a rental Philips Mobile MRI (for full description see attached draft statement of work). A firm fixed price contract with three option years is anticipated and shall be awarded. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed candidate possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit only the listed source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received by 1:00 pm EST on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. All responses must be sent to Contracting Officer Marshand Boone at marshand.boone@va.gov
