- This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source. The National Guard Bureau (NGB) - Operational Contracting Division on behalf of the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG), intends to enter into a sole source Firm Fixed-Price purchase order with L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (DUNS: 101474992) for a backfill of parts for multiband radios.� Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6 Limiting sources procedures. The purpose of this notice is to satisfy the requirements of FAR Subpart 5.2. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. �No solicitation is available and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. �The NAICS code for this action is 334220, Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing. �Responses or inquiries shall be sent via email to george.b.rivers2.civ@mail.mil and hillari.k.hawkins.civ@mail.mil no later than 1530 hrs EST, December 10, 2020.
