- FMCSA is posting Amendment No. 00001 to Solicitation No. 693JJ421Q000003 which includes the Government Responses to Offeror Questions received and updates to the RFQ.� See attachment. _____________________________________________________________________________ Solicitation No. 693JJ421Q000003 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and is issued as�a combined synopsis solicitation.� The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Transportation, has a requirement for Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) Support and Services.� The period of performance includes Transition Periods, Base Period of 12 months, plus four (4) 12-month Option Periods.� The place of delivery and government acceptance shall be at the contractor�s site. �The government intends the resultant award to be a No-Cost type contract.
