- Amendment 2: The purpose of Amendment 2 is to add a supporting document with maps of contract locations. All other terms and conditions in Solicitation W912EE21Q0005 remain unchanged. Amendment 1: A Question and Answer can be found in the attachments section. All other terms and conditions in Solicitation W912EE21Q0005 remain unchanged. _______________________________________________________________________________________ The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for services of a driver, tractor, and refrigerated trailer unit for transporting and storing�seedlings from a designated nursery to five (5) sites specified by the Government. The refrigerated trailer shall be parked at the Government-specified sites and will serve as the cold storage facility for storing the seedlings during the planting season. FAR Provision 52.204-24,�Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, included in Section L of this Solicitation, MUST be returned with your offer in order to be considered for award.
