- This Solicitation, W52P1J-20-R-0093, is issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside for the procurement of Security and Access Control Services in support of the United States Army Garrison- Kwajalein Atoll/Reagan Test Site (USAG-KA). The applicable NAICS code is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services. The Government anticipates one award utilizing a hybrid type contract with Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Contract Line Items. The anticipated Period of Performance will include one base year, four one-year option periods, and an evaluated six-month extension period under FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this Solicitation. Contractors may obtain information on SAM registration by visiting: https://www.acquisition.gov. Please see attached Solicitation and Attachments. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is as follows: Closing Date: Monday, November 30, 2020 Closing Time: 3:00PM CT NOTE: This solicitation, and any future amendments, will be issued electronically. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an Offerors' mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the solicitation listing on beta.sam.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of the proposal.
