- FY21 JELA ACC AND PACC CUSTODIAL SERVICES The Acadian Cultural Center in Lafayette (ACC), part of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, tells stories of the origins, migration, settlement, and contemporary culture of the Acadians (Cajuns) and other area groups. Ranger programs, films, exhibits, and events share a variety of local traditions including music, story-telling, dance, and food, and explore the mysteries of the Atchafalaya Basin, Louisiana�s wildest place. The Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC), part of the Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve, mission is to interpret the cultural and natural history of the region and to make that history accessible to the local communities. It is the intent of this services contract to provide professional, proficient and effective custodial care of the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC) buildings and grounds. The contract will be for one base year with the possibility of extending services up to four additional years. Refer to Section #14 (Contract Bid Schedule). This contract shall be a firm fixed-price, annual lump sum. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the work of this contract. To include ALL paper products and soaps needed to replenish all dispensers. The contractor shall follow all the Park�s policies, procedures and guidance regarding performing work activities on federal lands. The services shall be provided at: a. Acadian Cultural Center, 501 Fisher Road, Lafayette, LA b. Prairie Acadian Cultural Center, 250 Park Ave, Eunice, LA Custodial services shall take place within the interior of the visitor center building, to the exterior of the visitor center building, and to the associated exterior walkways, steps, pathways, benches, and all other apparatuses associated of the ACC and PACC visitor center buildings. Which are approximately 15,296 Square Feet (ACC) and 12,365 (PACC) Square Feet in area. AMENDMENT: Extend Date to December 16, 2020
