USDA FS single-award Firm-Fixed Price Contract for janitorial cleaning services contact for the Divide Ranger District under the Rio Grand National Forest in Del Norte, CO. Total Small Business (9) Proposed Solicitation Number. 1240LQ21R0001 (10) Proposed Solicitation Period. Solicitation period anticipated from 4 December 2020 � 18 December 2020.� All solicitation documents will be posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 9.� The actual due date will be shown in the solicitation.� This period �proposed.�� (11) Site Visit. The project work is located at the Divide Ranger District office on 13308 W Hwy 160 Del Norte, CO 81132 in Rio Grand County. (15) Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Priced, Multi-Year Contract (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance includes a base period and three (3) option years.� The base period anticipated is award through 31 December 2021. The optional periods will run 1 January through 31 December of every year following.� An option year is not guaranteed.� Funding will be based on the fixed price schedule of items issued upon award of the contract. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 31 December 2020. (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. The awarded dollar amount will be based on competitive pricing received in response to the Government Solicitation in accordance with the solicitation/contract schedule of items. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals.� One (1) contractor will be selected for single award.� Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7 to receive award.
