- The Government intends to make a sole-source award to GEA Mechanical Equipment US, Inc. (GEA), for the procurement of USNS CESAR CHAVEZ Lube Oil Centrifuge Separator.�� GEA is the OEM service and parts provider for the Fuel Oil and Lube Oil Purifier Control systems installed on the Military Sealift Command�s T-AKE Class of ships.� This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
