This is not a request for manufacturing but a request for quantity on hand to be delivered within 30 calendar Days from order.� 11/4/2020 - Amendment to RFQ issued to change response date from 11/11/2020 11:00�AM MDT to 11/12/2020 3:00�PM MDT. 11/5/2020- Amendment to RFQ issued to add ATTACHMENT 2 Glove Quote Spreadsheet.� System restrictions prevent the posting of the Excel macro-enabled Excel file. ��Interested parties should contact�Val Juarez�at�valaria.juarez@va.gov to obtain the macro-enabled document. 11/6/2020 - Amendment to RFQ issued to clarify missing shipping and delivery requirements in Sections B2 and B4 and change FAR 52.212-1(c) from 30 days to 45 days. This amendment is applicable to only those vendors who were determined to be responsive to the Original RFQ as well as amendments 0001 and 0002.
