- Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quanity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Multiple Award Contract (MAC)�for Engineering and technical services to support the shipboard Electronic Chart Display and Information System - Navy (ECDIS-N) and the Situational Awareness Bridge Display System (SABDS) for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD).� The mission of NSWCPD as the Program lead and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the fielding and technical support of ECDIS-N and SABDS is to maintain operational readiness and integrate technological improvements of the navigation systems and equipment onboard ships. Due to the required technical refresh of hardware and software and other technical advancements, NSWCPD requires contractor support for engineering, program, technical, logistics, installation and testing support services.� These services are in support of all ship classes.
