- Description
- The Program Executive Office, Ground Combat Systems (PEO) (GCS) and its assigned Project Director for Main Battle Tank Systems (PDMBTS) has an enduring need to procure Improved Turret Motors (ITM) and A-Kit Spare Parts; components of the Abrams M1A2 System Enhancement Package Version 2 (M1A2 SEPv2). The purpose of this market survey is to identify, as potential sources, companies that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to produce Improved Turret Motors (12648666), ITM Integration Kits (57K7358), Weld Fixture Kits (57K7345), A-Kit Weldments, and Power Distribution Units (12545590). The following parts will have no predetermined minimum or maximum quantities but will be ordered on an as needed basis: Energy Storage Unit (57K7355), ESU Ballistic Enclosure (12591624) MEB-CU Ballistic Enclosure, Right Monolith (12591311), Left Monolith (12591354) A Kit Cables (12591627, 12591632, and 12591995) and A-Kit Cable Guards.
