- This is a Notice of Intent. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The Government intends to issue a modification against contract W81K04-18-D-0021 / KDHK Inc., an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), non-personal service contract for healthcare housekeeping and related services at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, including multiple Medical Treatment Facilities in the Health Services Area of TAMC.� The modification is to add a new Building 674, currently under construction / 51,487 SF, located at Schofield Barracks for healthcare housekeeping services with an�estimated start date of 1 February 2021 - 31 July 2023.� The new Building 674 will be replacing Building 660, both buildings are located at Schofield Barracks.� The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $19.5M.
